Global powder conveying system specialist DYPNF achieved significant growth in scale and profitability in the third quarter.
On the 14th, DYPNF announced that its consolidated operating profit for the third quarter reached 6 billion KRW, and net profit was 4.2 billion KRW. These figures represent increases of 190% and 160%, respectively, compared to the same period last year. During the same period, sales rose 83% year-on-year to 62.8 billion KRW.
The cumulative results up to the third quarter showed sales of 159.9 billion KRW and operating profit of 13.8 billion KRW, marking increases of 58% and 468%, respectively, compared to the same period last year. Net profit recorded 10 billion KRW.
The smooth progress and revenue recognition of large-scale projects such as Russia Baltic, Sampak LFT STEP-1, and Shahin significantly improved the performance. Last year, the company secured a substantial order backlog, which forms the foundation for future performance, by winning numerous large domestic and international projects.
A company representative stated, "We have succeeded in achieving high growth in scale and improved profitability through the full reflection of results from major large-scale projects. Although investment in the traditional chemical industry is slowing, we will seek continuous growth in future growth industries based on our technological capabilities and references in the secondary battery and specialty chemical sectors."
