Since last year, Hwasun-gun has been carrying out the “Ten Thousand Won Rental Housing Supply Project” to provide rental housing to young adults and newlyweds in order to increase the local population and respond to regional extinction. Through this participation, Booyoung Group plans to supply 100 units of the “Hwasun Sarangro Booyoung Apartment.”

The Hwasun Booyoung rental apartments consist of a total of 5 complexes, up to 15 floors above ground, 26 buildings, with exclusive areas ranging from 39 to 59㎡, totaling 4,595 units in a large-scale complex. Residents can conveniently access public institutions, hospitals, and marts, and many schools such as Manyeon Elementary School and Hwasun Jeil Elementary School are located nearby, providing excellent living infrastructure and educational environment. Additionally, Dongmyeon Industrial Complex, Neungju Industrial Complex, and Dogok Industrial Complex are located nearby, offering the advantage of proximity to workplaces.

A Booyoung Group official stated, “Hwasun-gun’s Ten Thousand Won Rental Housing Project is an excellent policy benchmarked by many local governments, and Booyoung Group strongly sympathizes with it and has decided to actively cooperate for social contribution. We will continue to provide good homes for young adults and newlyweds in Hwasun-gun next year and work together to solve the problem of regional extinction.”

In addition to regional extinction, Booyoung Group is taking the lead in solving social issues such as low birth rates and aging. To address the low birth rate issue, the group paid 100 million won per employee’s child, totaling 7 billion won, and operates the “Booyoung Sarangro Daycare Center” without rent for residents of Booyoung apartments. Through various social contribution activities, Booyoung Group has donated more than 1.18 trillion won to society to date.
