Paju-si Youth Breakfast Support Project Package Packing Event Held

Gyeonggi Province's Paju City Youth Foundation announced on the 14th that it held the "Paju City Youth Breakfast Support Project Package Packing Event" at the Paju Jangdan Soybean Wellbeing Maru on the 13th.

The Paju City Youth Breakfast Support Project was planned based on the "Paju City High School 1,000 Won Breakfast Project" by the "Munsan Sueok High School Engagement" club, which won the grand prize at the 2023 Paju City Youth Policy Idea Contest. The project was promoted through sponsorship from BLI Co., Ltd. and operational staff support from the Paju City Youth Foundation.

On the day, representatives from Paju City, the Paju City Youth Foundation, Paju Office of Education, staff from Paju Jangdan Soybean Wellbeing Maru, and BLI Co., Ltd. participated in packing breakfast packages to be delivered to 25 youths in need of morning meal support.

In particular, a certificate of appreciation was awarded to Seokyung Ah Seo, CEO of BLI Co., Ltd., in gratitude for her significant contribution to the smooth progress of the project.

Kim Eun-sook, Director of the Welfare Policy Bureau, said, "We thank the related organizations and companies that have provided support in various ways to realize the policies proposed by youth," adding, "We will do our best for the healthy growth of young people."

Meanwhile, the delivery of breakfast packages began on October 16 and has been conducted a total of eight times, providing healthy breakfast packages and nutritional ingredients that can be easily prepared at home using locally produced products from the Paju area.
