Jeonbuk Office of Education and Shin Knowledge Scholarship Association Join Hands to Discover Creative Talents

Donation of 20 Million Won Scholarship... Promotion of Collaborative Projects
"Contributing to Global Talent Development and Local Community Advancement"

Jeonbuk Special Self-Governing Province Office of Education (Superintendent Seo Geoseok) and the Shin Knowledge Scholarship Foundation (Chairman Jo Jeongnam) have joined hands to discover creative talents and advance scholarship projects.


On the 13th, Jeonbuk Office of Education held a 'Business Agreement and Scholarship Donation Ceremony' at the 5th-floor conference room of the provincial education office, attended by Superintendent Seo Geoseok and Chairman Jo Jeongnam of the Shin Knowledge Scholarship Foundation, the office announced on the 14th.

Established in 2001 by journalists, legal professionals, academics, businesspeople, and cultural figures in Jeonbuk, the Shin Knowledge Scholarship Foundation has been providing hope to students who pursue their studies despite difficult circumstances and helping them achieve their dreams.


According to the agreement, the two organizations will carry out various cooperative projects for mutual development, including ▲ selecting scholarship recipients for discovering creative talents and scholarship projects ▲ supporting global educational and cultural exchanges. The Shin Knowledge Scholarship Foundation donated 20 million KRW in scholarships along with the business agreement on the day.


Chairman Jo Jeongnam emphasized, "Through this agreement, we plan to carry out various activities for the educational development of Jeonbuk as well as the promotion of local industries."


Superintendent Seo Geoseok said, "This agreement will be an important opportunity to provide diverse educational opportunities to students in Jeonbuk," adding, "It will contribute to raising the quality of local education, nurturing global talents, and regional development."
