GlassDome, Gyeongnam Technopark Collaborate to Establish Carbon Neutral Platform Support Center

Response to Carbon Regulations in Supply Chains of Gyeongnam Industries

Glassdome Korea, a carbon emission data management company, announced on the 14th that it has signed a business agreement with Gyeongnam Technopark, Changwon Industry Promotion Agency, Gyeongnam National University, Gyeongnam ICT Association, IBM, Jipyung Law Firm, and Lloyd Certification Institute to establish the Gyeongnam Carbon Neutral Platform Support Center.

Through the Gyeongnam Carbon Neutral Platform Support Center, Glassdome Korea plans to assist export-oriented manufacturing companies in the Gyeongnam region in responding to the European Union's mandatory disclosure of digital product passport information. Companies will be able to receive data in digital form regarding carbon emissions generated throughout the entire process of production, distribution, and use of products, as well as information on raw materials, components, and recycled material content through the platform.

Glassdome Korea is a climate tech company that provides product carbon footprint solutions, aggregating and analyzing carbon emission data and supporting the entire process up to global certification. Jinki Ham, CEO of Glassdome Korea, stated, “Due to the strengthening of global regulations centered on the EU, it is difficult for individual export-focused companies to respond effectively.
