Kakao Pay Securities announced on the 14th that it had signed a business partnership with RoboTastic the previous day for 'digital financial automation.'

RoboTastic, headquartered in Hong Kong, is a company that provides advanced automation solutions utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) and robotic process automation (RPA) technologies.
Through this collaboration, Kakao Pay Securities expects to maximize the efficiency of the entire overseas stock deposit and withdrawal management process and improve the quality of customer service. They plan to implement RoboTastic's key technologies such as ▲Speech-to-Text (STT) ▲Natural Language Understanding (NLU) ▲Repetitive Task Automation (RPA) ▲Text Analysis (TA) to realize user communication and task automation.
In particular, they intend to build a system that converts voice communications with other financial companies into text and automatically verifies the documents and information required for users' stock deposit and withdrawal requests.
Kakao Pay Securities plans to reduce operational resources previously allocated to repetitive tasks and reallocate resources to user-centered high value-added services to improve user experience.
A Kakao Pay Securities official stated, "Through this partnership, we expect to enhance the automation level of overseas stock management processes, significantly improving both internal operational efficiency and user convenience," adding, "We will advance toward providing fast and accurate services."
