Taean County in Chungnam joined hands with seven local organizations to launch a special campaign for the health of local youth, receiving a great response.
On the morning of the 11th, the county held the "Breakfast Eating Campaign" at three schools, including Taean Girls' Middle School, Taean Elementary School, and Hwadong Elementary School. The event was attended by more than 20 people, including County Governor Ko Ga-se, county officials, representatives from Taean Youth Counseling and Welfare Center, Taean Youth Center, Taean Out-of-School Youth Support Center, Taean Gender Rights Counseling Center, and Nonghyup Taean Branch.
Under the theme "Full Stomach!! Strong Mind!!", the campaign aimed to build a safety net for local youth and help them form healthy eating habits through collaboration between the local government and related organizations. The campaign was held during morning school hours, providing rice cakes and beverages to about 1,000 students.

In addition, the campaign included activities to prevent school violence and promote local youth organizations, offering a variety of useful information to the students. Nonghyup Taean Branch also conducted a campaign to promote rice consumption, which received positive feedback.
Lee Yugyeong, Director of the Taean Youth Counseling and Welfare Center, said, "It was a meaningful time to highlight the importance of a healthy breakfast to the future leaders of our community," and added, "We plan to continue operating meaningful programs that will benefit local youth."
