Actress Park Han-byul spoke about the controversy surrounding her husband and shared insights into their relationship.

On the 11th, Park Han-byul uploaded a video titled "The Feelings of a 17-Year-Old Friend Regarding the Controversy" on her YouTube channel 'Park Han-byul Hana.' The video featured Hong In-gyu, known as a longtime friend of Park Han-byul, with whom she had a conversation. First, Park Han-byul mentioned the controversy herself by asking, "Is there a question related to my husband's controversy that you wanted to ask me but couldn't?" In response to the sudden question, Hong In-gyu said cautiously, "Because the relationship between a couple is the most important," and added, "I wanted to ask if you and your husband are getting along well, but I couldn't. I wondered if you might be separating." He continued, "Fortunately, you two were getting along well," and added, "Since Han-byul is smart, I thought she was handling it well and that it was resolved properly."

In response, Park Han-byul moved her two fingers back and forth between her eyes and Hong In-gyu, saying, "Because I am watching like this (monitoring)." Then Hong In-gyu said, "It makes me think that what we know is not everything," and Park Han-byul expressed her gratitude, saying, "You trusted me." Finally, Hong In-gyu emphasized, "If there is anything you want to clarify on behalf of Park Han-byul to the public, she is very honest and takes good care of those around her," and added, "Having many longtime people around her means she is truly a good person."

Previously, Park Han-byul married Yoo In-seok, former CEO of Yuri Holdings, in October 2017. However, Yoo In-seok came under scrutiny during the controversy surrounding the club 'Burning Sun' in 2019, being identified as a business partner of Seungri, a former member of the group Big Bang and known as the representative of Burning Sun. In December 2020, he was sentenced to 1 year and 8 months in prison with a 3-year probation for charges including embezzlement related to his work, mediation of prostitution, violation of the Food Sanitation Act, and violations of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment of Specific Economic Crimes. In 2021, he was also sentenced to 6 months in prison with a 2-year probation for special assault instruction, accused of mobilizing organized crime groups to threaten opponents as retaliation for Seungri. Park Han-byul stopped her activities after the drama 'When Sadness Meets Love,' packed up her life in Seoul, and moved to Jeju Island.
