Namyangju City Provides Free Taxi Transport Service for Exam Takers on the Day of the College Scholastic Ability Test

Namyangju City, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Joo Gwang-deok) announced on the 11th that it has established and will implement special transportation measures to facilitate examinees for the 2025 College Scholastic Ability Test (CSAT) scheduled for the 14th.

As part of these transportation measures, on the exam day, the Namyangju Model Drivers Association and Gwangil Cooperative will collaborate to deploy 97 taxis, providing free transportation for examinees from 18 designated boarding locations to the test sites starting from 6:30 AM.


Additionally, to ensure smooth traffic flow around the test sites, about 50 members of the Model Drivers Association will conduct traffic guidance on-site. Bus dispatch intervals will be shortened, and efforts to enforce illegal parking and stopping regulations will be strengthened.


The free transportation service will be available to test sites in the Namyangju and Guri areas on the CSAT day and is limited to taxis displaying a free transportation flag or sticker. Other taxis will operate normally.


The designated boarding locations are △ Wabu-eup Deokso McDonald's △ Jinjeop-eup Janghyeon Hyundai Hospital (Dunkin' Donuts) △ Lotte Cinema (Namyang Hutton) △ Hwado-eup Gunammae Pharmacy △ Maseok Station △ Jingeon-eup Jingeon Nonghyup Hanaro Mart △ Hopyeong-dong Pyeongnae Hopyeong Station △ Hopyeong 1st Daemyung Lucen Apartment Taxi Stand △ Dasan-dong Herium Taxi Stand △ Binggrae Front Taxi Stand △ Byeollae-dong Byeolgaram Station Exit 2 △ Geumgok-dong Old Terminal (Paris Baguette) △ Dongnam Mart △ Onam-eup Eonaemi Nonghyup △ Onam Station △ Toegyewon-eup Geukdong Apartment (Tamjin Chueotang) △ Pyeongnae-dong Commercial District (Gangnam Plaza) △ Pyeongnae Nonghyup, totaling 18 locations.
