University Job Plus Center, Specialized Program for Transfer and Returning Students
Daejin University (President Lim Young-moon) University Job Plus Center announced on the 11th that it successfully operated a customized program using large companies' competency assessment interviews and new employee OJT content for transfer students, change-of-major students, and returning students.

This program was designed with verified content used by large companies to help students smoothly plan their academic and career goals. It mainly consisted of a team-building game program that strengthens organizational understanding and collaboration skills by indirectly experiencing the essence of cooperation within an organization and the collaboration process.
Participating students shared that they gained valuable experience by increasing their understanding of the competency assessment methods used by large companies and were able to confidently plan their careers.
Jang In-ho, head of the University Job Plus Center, expressed hope that transfer students, change-of-major students, and returning students had a meaningful time reorganizing their career goals through various exchanges and communications. He added that the center will continue to do its best to support students in preparing solidly for their entry into society through various types of programs.
