Park Gang-su, Mayor of Mapo District, visited the newly opened Hyodo Bapsang meal service centers on the morning of the 11th to celebrate their opening.
The three Hyodo Bapsang meal service centers opened that day are Sinchon-ro Senior Center, Hapjeong Senior Center, and Sangam World Cup Park 10 Complex Senior Center.
With this, a total of 44 Hyodo Bapsang meal service centers now serve approximately 1,500 elderly residents in the area.
Park Gang-su, Mayor of Mapo District, said, “The secret to the success of Hyodo Bapsang lies in the active participation of our deeply caring Mapo citizens,” adding, “We will do our best to create additional side dish factories and further expand meal service centers so that all elderly residents of Mapo can enjoy a healthy and happy old age.”
