Ulju-gun Holds 'Meeting with Residents of Unyang Yangwoo Naeanae Apartment'

On the 10th, Ulsan Ulju-gun held the ‘Meeting with Residents of Eonyang Yangwoo Naeanae Apartment’ event, attended by County Governor Lee Soon-geol, city and county council members, and local residents.

This event, promoted as part of the 8th term ‘365 Communication Governor’s Office Meeting Project,’ was organized as an opportunity for Governor Lee Soon-geol to directly listen to and communicate with residents about their needs and areas for improvement, and to seek solutions.

On the day, Governor Lee personally explained the progress of the highway toll support project and the free influenza vaccination program provided to Ulju-gun residents, receiving great response from the residents.

He also urged the association to fulfill conditions regarding the land rights registration issue in the Songdae district and stated that he would continuously seek solutions. In particular, he promised to do his best to prevent any inconvenience to residents concerning facilities transferred to Ulju-gun.

Governor Lee Soon-geol said, “We will continue to communicate with residents through ongoing ‘Meeting Projects,’ actively listen to various opinions, and review and reflect requests. We will do our best to create a livable Ulju where all Ulju residents can be happy together.”

Ulju-gun started with a meeting with youth held in June last year, followed by meetings with small business owners in September and a barefoot communication event with residents in December. This year, meetings with residents of Bancheon Hyundai Apartment in April and Beomseo Janggeom last month were held, receiving positive responses from residents.
