Shinhyup Central Association, 2025 Open Recruitment for New Employees

Shinhyup Central Association, 2025 Open Recruitment for New Employees

The National Credit Union Federation of Korea (NACUFOK) is launching an open recruitment for new employees in 2025.

The recruitment fields include ▲General positions (planning and general affairs, fund management, credit guidance and management, business guidance, inspection and supervision) and ▲IT positions (IT development and management).

For general positions, all candidates will be hired through a regional quota system to cultivate field-oriented credit union experts who support local cooperatives. Regional affiliation is based on the location of the high school or university from which the candidate graduated (or is expected to graduate). Each selection process will be conducted separately by desired region, and multiple applications for different regions are not allowed.

Applicants for IT positions must possess at least one of the following certifications: Information Processing Engineer, C, JAVA, SQL, RDB (Oracle/Tibero), system, network, or security-related certifications.

Applications will be accepted through the recruitment website from the 25th of this month until 6 PM on December 4th. Candidates who pass the document screening will be announced on the NACUFOK website after 10 AM on December 26th.

Subsequently, written exams will be held over January 4th and 5th next year. Common written subjects include aptitude tests, job competency tests, and job knowledge tests. Additionally, general position candidates will take an essay test, while IT position candidates will take an online coding test. Afterward, candidates will undergo a first interview with the practical team and a second interview with executives. The final successful candidates will be announced on the website in mid-February.

Park Young-hyun, Head of Talent Development at NACUFOK, stated, "Through this recruitment, NACUFOK aims to select talents who understand the values of credit unions as financial cooperatives prioritizing inclusion and coexistence, and who will lead future finance." He added, "We look forward to many promising talents from across the country applying."
