Samsung Display announced on the 11th that it will conduct the 'Future Elite (FuEL)' recruitment process targeting electronic industry professionals with more than 2 years and less than 10 years of experience.
'FuEL' is a newly established recruitment track designed to secure young talent who have the potential to become the company's next-generation leaders.
Regarding the establishment of this program, Samsung Display explained, "The next 2 to 3 years will be a critical period that determines the success of the future market in the display sector, where competition in technology and market share is intensifying." They added, "This program was created to actively recruit outstanding talent who will lead the company's future, prevent the overseas outflow of excellent personnel, and solidify the competitiveness of the global number one company."
Through 'FuEL,' Samsung Display plans to focus on selecting top talent in the research and development (R&D) field, continuing to maintain its global number one position through innovative technology development and block formation.
Earlier, on the 1st, Choi Ju-seon, CEO (President) of Samsung Display, emphasized in a message commemorating the company's 12th anniversary, "Due to rapid environmental changes such as the advancement of AI, challenges in new areas like foldable, IT, and Auto are unfolding faster than expected. If we overcome this period well, a 'structural growth phase' that will be responsible for the company's next 10 years or more will surely come." He added, "To achieve this, the company must focus its capabilities on securing and nurturing outstanding talent."
