Hansol Chemical Files Complaint Against Chinese TV Company TCL with Fair Trade Commission

Generally, consumers perceive TVs using quantum dot materials as premium products, and the term "QLED TV" implies that quantum dots are indeed used.

A representative from Hansol Chemical stated, "Labeling products that do not use quantum dot materials as QLED TVs or advertising them as QLED products is a serious issue that could undermine consumer trust in QLED products overall. The company recognized that ignoring this fact would betray consumer trust, and after careful consideration, decided to file a complaint with the Fair Trade Commission."
