Delivery Driver Calls Business Owner a "Complete SsiXX"
A business owner who received a group order expressed frustration after being verbally abused by a delivery driver.
Recently, on the self-employed community 'Apeunikka Sajangida' (Because It Hurts, I'm a Boss), a post titled "The delivery driver cursed at me, and I'm stunned" was uploaded. The author, a self-employed person named A, began the post by saying, "There was a group order this afternoon. It was 40 cups of coffee, 39 sandwiches, and 1 bagel. Last time, there were also 10 cups of hot coffee in addition to these, and one driver delivered everything."
He continued, "Last time, we requested two drivers, but one came and said he could carry everything by himself, and he really took it all," and explained the situation at the time: "Today, two delivery drivers came. The first one took all the bread and 12 drinks, and then another driver arrived." When the later-arriving delivery driver asked, "How many drinks are there?" the owner replied, "28 cups."

Then the delivery driver looked the owner straight in the eye and said, "This is totally ssiXX," uttering a curse. Mr. A said, "I was stunned for a moment. I wondered if I really heard that, and my heart sank. It was scary," expressing his feelings. When he, surprised, asked, "Should I call another driver?" the delivery driver replied, "No, I'll take it. Thank you," and left as if nothing had happened.
Mr. A lamented, "(The delivery driver) pretended to be polite. Maybe he thought I didn't hear it. After he left, tears just poured out, and I couldn't work. I thought about complaining to the delivery app, but since the driver knows everything about our store, I felt I couldn't handle it if he came back and did something. It's too sad to just let it go, so I'm writing this post."
Netizens who read this story mostly left comforting comments such as, "Self-employed people are the ultimate underdogs," "You should file a complaint with customer service," and "I would be stunned too. No matter what, that language is too harsh. Stay strong." Some netizens responded, "If you directly faced him and felt from his tone and expression that he was cursing at you, then it probably was, but reading it as text, it could also be that he cursed at the customer who ordered." In response, another netizen expressed anger, saying, "He shouldn't curse at the customer who placed the order either."
