EcoPro was selected as an outstanding company in the regional balanced development projects by the Local Era Committee and received a special merit award.

EcoPro announced on the 10th that it received the special merit award at the '2024 Regional Balanced Development Project Outstanding Case Awards Ceremony' held on the 7th at Chuncheon Songam Sports Town, Gangwon Province, hosted by the Local Era Committee.

The Local Era Committee is a presidential advisory body established to resolve regional imbalances and promote local autonomy and decentralization, and has been discovering outstanding cases of regional balanced development projects annually since 2009.

EcoPro was recognized for its contributions to regional balanced development through ▲ revitalizing the local economy and balanced development by employing local talent ▲ playing an anchor role in transforming Pohang from a steel city to a secondary battery hub ▲ participating in the leading project of the Global Corporate Innovation Park.
