General Sale of 5,930 Households

In the second week of November, a total of 7,670 households (5,930 for general sale) across 10 complexes nationwide will begin pre-sale.
According to Real Estate R114 on the 10th, 'Cheonan I-Park City' will hold its first priority subscription on the 12th. Cheonan I-Park City, supplied by HDC Hyundai Development Company at 34-4, Seongseong-dong, Seobuk-gu, Cheonan-si, Chungnam, will be developed on a scale of 11 buildings, from basement level 2 to ground level 33, with exclusive areas ranging from 84 to 150㎡, totaling 1,126 households. Among these, 892 households are for general sale.
It offers convenient transportation with access to Cheonan IC on the Gyeongbu Expressway and Dujeong Station on Subway Line 1, and transportation conditions are expected to improve further with the opening of Buseong Station (tentative name, scheduled for 2029). It is attracting attention as a residential area close to workplaces, being adjacent to Samsung SDI Cheonan Plant, Cheonan General Industrial Complex, and Baekseok Agricultural and Industrial Complex. It is within walking distance to Cheonan Seongseong Elementary School and Cheonan Oseong High School, and sites for a kindergarten and elementary school will be developed in front of the complex. Seongseong Lake Park is nearby, providing a pleasant living environment.
In addition, on the same day, first priority subscriptions will be held for ‘Geomdan New Town Prugio The Park’ in Majon-dong, Seo-gu, Incheon, ‘Pyeongtaek Brain City Hanshin The Hue’ in Jangan-dong, Pyeongtaek-si, Gyeonggi, and ‘Cheonan I-Park City’ in Seongseong-dong, Cheonan-si, Chungnam.
Model houses will open on the 15th at four locations: ‘e-Pyeonhansesang Dangsan River Park’ in Dangsan-dong 4-ga, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul; ‘Acro Vestinew’ in Hogye-dong, Anyang-si, Gyeonggi; and ‘Gunpo Daeyami Dietre Signature’ in Dundae-dong, Gunpo-si, Gyeonggi.
‘Acro Vestinew,’ supplied by DL E&C at 915 Hogye-dong, Dongan-gu, Anyang-si, Gyeonggi, consists of 10 buildings from basement level 3 to ground level 37, totaling 1,011 households. Among them, 391 households with exclusive areas of 39 to 84㎡ are for general sale. It is located near Beomgye Station on Subway Line 4 and close to Pyeongchon IC on the Metropolitan Area 1st Circular Expressway, offering good access to Seoul. The area is well-equipped with living infrastructure such as Lotte Department Store, NewCore Outlet, and Anyang City Hall. Schools such as Beomgye Elementary, Hogye Elementary, Pyeongchon High, and Beomgye Middle are concentrated near the complex, and the Pyeongchon academy district is nearby, providing excellent educational conditions. It is a post-sale apartment scheduled for move-in in February 2025.
