The Human Book day is a program held every Monday and Thursday at the Human Book Library (1st floor of Jeong Yak-yong Library), where experts from various fields are invited to share knowledge and experiences and communicate.
In this session, Deborah Lee, a Pilates instructor and personal trainer Human Book, served as the lecturer and guided participants on how to find the right exercise for themselves and develop habits to maintain it consistently under the theme "Finding My Lifelong Companion Exercise."
Deborah Lee Human Book said, "Exercise means more than just physical training. Finding an exercise that suits each person's disposition allows one to maintain health while enjoying it continuously," adding, "I hope this lecture becomes an opportunity for participants to make exercise a lifelong habit."
A participant who attended the training expressed a continuous will to exercise, saying, "I have tried various exercises before but gave up easily. Now, following the instructor's advice, I want to find the exercise that suits me and keep exercising consistently."
The next lectures will be conducted by Human Books Soo-ok Park (Knots with Stories) and Eun-seo Jo (Picture Books & Emotional Coaching), which are multi-session courses.
