This presentation will feature a variety of programs including barista demonstrations by Kkumdeulim youth, dance and band performances, congratulatory speeches, activity reports, and case presentations, providing an opportunity to share the passion and achievements of the youth.

Additionally, an awards ceremony, including commendations from the city hall, will be held to celebrate and encourage the growth of the youth. The award categories include Excellence Award, Learning Award, Independence Award, and Self-Development Award.

In particular, Yangju’s Kkumdeulim has been honored for its solid operation of out-of-school youth support projects by receiving the Minister of Gender Equality and Family Commendation in the Outstanding Out-of-School Youth Support Center category, organized by the Korea Youth Counseling & Welfare Institute, and the Governor’s Award in the Independence Support (Program) category at the 2024 Gyeonggi-do Out-of-School Youth Best Practices (Program) Contest. Accordingly, this growth presentation ceremony is expected to be a more meaningful event than ever before.

Meanwhile, Yangju’s Kkumdeulim offers various free programs necessary for academic return and social entry. These include preparation classes for the qualification exam, learning mentoring, independence skills training, certification acquisition, cultural experiences, and job experiences. Youth interested in participating can contact the Yangju Out-of-School Youth Support Center.
