Korean Standards Association Obtains 'AI+' Certification
Incheon International Airport Corporation became the first public enterprise to obtain an artificial intelligence (AI) related certification administered by the Korea Standards Association.
Incheon International Airport Corporation announced on the 8th that it had acquired the 'AI Plus' certification, overseen by the Korea Standards Association.
The AI+ certification is the world's first quality certification system in the AI field, developed by the Korea Standards Association based on international standards from the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC). It is issued after evaluating service reliability, security, and quality improvement systems.
The service certified this time is the ‘Incheon Airport Smart AI Solution.’ This system automatically categorizes requests and inquiries submitted by customers through the website by department using AI technology, and generates and recommends appropriate responses based on data.
Passengers using this service can receive faster and more accurate responses to their complaints and requests, and the efficiency of customer service by the responsible department staff has also improved.
Lee Hak-jae, President of Incheon International Airport Corporation, said, "We will continue to expand customer-tailored AI services to provide passengers with an even more enhanced experience and lead digital innovation."
