Lotte Construction has opened the model house for the apartment and officetel complex 'Beonyeong-ro Lotte Castle Central Sky' being built in Jung-gu, Ulsan, and has started sales.
Beonyeong-ro Lotte Castle Central Sky is being developed on 167-4, Haksan-dong, Jung-gu, Ulsan, consisting of three buildings with 5 basement floors and 49 above-ground floors, comprising 634 apartment units and 42 officetel units. The apartments available for sale first include 542 units of six types with an exclusive area of 84㎡ and 92 units of 105㎡.
The subscription schedule starts with special supply on the 12th, followed by first-priority applications on the 13th and second-priority applications on the 14th. Winners will be announced on the 21st, and official contracts will be signed over three days from the 3rd to the 5th of the following month. Move-in is scheduled for November 2028.
Beonyeong-ro Lotte Castle Central Sky is located along Beonyeong-ro, known as the busiest road in Ulsan, and offers abundant lifestyle convenience facilities.
