Terra Science, 3 Billion KRW Paid-in Capital Increase... Third-Party Allocation to Seojin Paper

Terascience announced on the 7th that it has decided to conduct a third-party allotment paid-in capital increase to raise approximately 3 billion KRW for operating funds. A total of 299,999,887 new common shares will be issued at 139 KRW per share. The third-party allotment recipient is Seojin Paper Co., Ltd. (21,582,733 shares).
