Baekseok-eup, Yangju-si, Hosts 'Hayan-dol Starlight Concert'

Osan Sandeul Neighborhood Park Outdoor Stage Completion Ceremony

Yangju City, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Kang Su-hyun) and Baekseok-eup (Eupjang Baek Seung-ho) announced on the 7th that they will hold the 'White Stone Starlight Concert' on the 9th to commemorate the completion of the Osan Sandeul Neighborhood Park outdoor stage in Osan-ri.

This concert is the first performance held after the creation of the Osan Sandeul Neighborhood Park outdoor stage. It was planned to provide opportunities for balanced cultural enjoyment across various spaces and to realize 'Beautiful Cultural City Yangju.'

On the day of the event, the municipal symphony orchestra, conducted by Conductor Park Seung-yu, will perform classical masterpieces starting with the theme medley from the movie Avengers, accompanied by in-depth commentary.

Additionally, the municipal choir, conducted by Conductor Ji Hyun-jung, will emotionally present popular songs such as Namchon and Gyeongbokgung Taryeong, folk songs, and a trot medley that anyone can comfortably enjoy, matching the nightscape atmosphere of Osan Sandeul Neighborhood Park.

A Yangju city official said, “We hope that various cultural and artistic events will be held at the Osan Sandeul Neighborhood Park outdoor stage starting with this performance,” and added, “We hope citizens will enjoy the autumn concert with their families, friends, and loved ones and create lasting memories.”
