Guri City Receives Neighborly Love Donation from Environmental Energy Solution

Scheduled for Delivery to Underprivileged Groups and Social Welfare Facilities

Guri City, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Baek Kyung-hyun) announced on the 7th that it received a donation of 20 million KRW for neighborly love from Environmental Energy Solution Co., Ltd. (CEO Lee Sang-heon) at the mayor's office on the 5th.

Environmental Energy Solution Co., Ltd. is a specialized company in the construction (EPC) and entrusted operation of waste treatment facilities operating the Guri Resource Recovery Facility from September 11, 2023, to December 31, 2025. The company promoted this donation to participate in the development and coexistence of the local community.

According to the city, the donated funds received on this day will be delivered to underprivileged groups or social welfare facilities in Guri City through the Community Chest of Korea.

Lee Sang-heon, CEO of Environmental Energy Solution Co., Ltd., said, “We will do our best to operate the Guri Resource Recovery Facility by utilizing the experiential know-how and waste treatment technology accumulated through years of operating 25 waste treatment facilities nationwide, and we will also pay attention to the local community and actively participate in the development of Guri City.”
