Wise AI announced on the 7th the release of an upgraded version of its cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) AI customer management service, AiU. AiU is a cost-effective model for B2B partnerships that simplifies the process of adopting AI customer center platforms, reducing financial burdens.
With this advancement, AiU has evolved into an ‘AI Medical Care Platform,’ expanding its service scope from primarily hospitals and clinics to general enterprises and the global market. Unlike the previous version, which focused mainly on the dental sector with the specialized ‘DentOn’ service currently supplied as a core offering, the service area now extends to include plastic surgery, dermatology, and Korean medicine, supporting all ten major medical specialties.
The implementation time has also been drastically reduced. Wise AI modularized and automated the service provision industries and adoption processes, cutting the previous deployment period of about a month down to seven days. All steps?from service subscription and contract to automatic issuance of nationwide phone numbers, AI response configuration, and operation?can be completed within a week. Additionally, improvements in UI/UX have enhanced user-friendliness, making it easier for users unfamiliar with AI to access the service.
The core feature of AiU is its ability to provide automatic customer response 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, using AI technology. Another significant advantage is that AI handles repetitive events such as procedure and examination reminders and promotional announcements through inbound and outbound calls and chatbot functions, replacing human agents.
Wise AI expects AiU to quickly establish itself in the global market as it now supports multilingual capabilities, including English and second foreign language responses, similar to the recently launched AI customer center supplied to general enterprises. In fact, last month, as part of a policy project, Wise AI launched an AI call center PoC in the UK, where AI training data for English customer responses has begun to accumulate, demonstrating tangible results.
With this update, Wise AI plans to accelerate the expansion of its customer base beyond medical institutions to general enterprises. Although AiU was initially targeted at small and medium-sized businesses during the product planning stage, Wise AI intends to broaden its demand base to various institutions and organizations and strengthen network expansion and sales activities accordingly.
Song Hyung-seok, CEO of Wise AI, explained, “Since the initial launch of AiU earlier this year, we have been advancing the platform by continuously reducing deployment costs and time while significantly improving work efficiency based on internal discussions and customer feedback.”
He added, “Following field tests conducted with some clients, including the main target dental sector of DentOn and plastic surgery clinics, the feedback was that after adopting the service, no customer calls were missed, and calls handled by AI could be reviewed in both text and voice formats, making customer management at each touchpoint much easier. We plan to accelerate the distribution of AiU and DentOn starting with this upgraded version launch.”
