A man's story has come to light in which his girlfriend, who had received financial support from him, cheated on him and even took over his company.

On the 6th, JTBC's 'Incident Commander' reported the story of a whistleblower who supported his girlfriend A with tens of millions of won for studying abroad but was betrayed. According to the report, he started dating A, who was working as an English instructor in 2018, and at that time, he acquired a car rental business. During this process, due to credit issues, the whistleblower borrowed A's name and appointed her as co-representative. The acquisition costs were fully borne by the whistleblower.

Later, in September 2021, A asked the whistleblower for tuition and living expenses support, saying she wanted to study abroad in the U.S. to improve her English. Due to her family circumstances, it was difficult for her to study abroad, so she sought help from the whistleblower. Considering their relationship, he decided to support her with 10 to 15 million won per month. Five months after A left for her studies abroad, the whistleblower happened to find a couple photo of A with an unfamiliar man on her social networking service (SNS) profile. When confronted, A cut off contact without much explanation, and the whistleblower felt betrayed and stopped financial support.

However, nine days later, A appeared at the whistleblower's office with unfamiliar men and stole important documents, seals, and more than 20 luxury foreign cars worth hundreds of millions. Moreover, despite her term ending during her study abroad period, A held a shareholders' meeting using the stolen documents and reappointed herself as the representative. She also pretended to dismiss the whistleblower and acted as the representative, damaged the door lock of his house, trespassed without permission, and fled with hundreds of millions in cash.

In response, the whistleblower filed injunctions to suspend the effectiveness of the shareholders' meeting resolution and to suspend A's execution of duties. The court ruled that A's reappointment as representative was invalid. Recently, he won a lawsuit confirming the non-existence of the shareholders' meeting resolution and barely regained his position as representative. He told 'Incident Commander,' "A was fined for property damage," but added, "I reported her for special theft and other charges for stealing a large amount of cash from my house, and although the case was sent to the prosecution, there has been no progress, which is frustrating." He also said, "It was processed quickly when she forged documents to become the representative, but correcting it takes too long," and "Now that I have regained the representative position, I plan to take legal action against A for special theft, embezzlement, forgery of private documents, obstruction of business, perjury, and so on."

Netizens who heard the story reacted with comments such as "She is truly a scary person," "It's chilling to see someone commit crimes so casually," and "It's like being robbed right before your eyes."
