2024 Samsung AI TV Receives Positive Reviews
Samsung Electronics has achieved a grand slam by winning four major domestic customer satisfaction surveys this year, led by its artificial intelligence (AI) TVs.
On the 7th, Samsung Electronics announced that it ranked first in all four major domestic customer satisfaction surveys conducted by ▲Global Management Association (GMA) ▲Korea Productivity Center (KPC) ▲Korea Management Association Consulting (KMAC) ▲Korea Standards Association (KSA).
The company explained that its premium lineup centered on AI TVs received high praise from consumers, leading to excellent results in customer satisfaction surveys.

First, Samsung Electronics was recognized once again for its customer satisfaction and global capabilities by ranking first in the TV category for 20 consecutive years in the Global Customer Satisfaction Index (GCSI) survey conducted by the Global Management Association.
In the National Customer Satisfaction Index (NCSI) survey conducted by the Korea Productivity Center, Samsung Electronics tied for first place with a score of 79. The company received favorable reviews by applying advanced AI technologies such as '8K AI Upscaling Pro' and 'AI Motion Enhancement Pro' to premium products like the 'Neo QLED 8K.'
Samsung Electronics also ranked first in the TV category for 27 consecutive years in the Korea Customer Satisfaction Index (KCSI) survey conducted by Korea Management Association Consulting. This is interpreted as having strengthened its position in the premium TV market by enhancing customer satisfaction in line with market changes. In particular, the 2024 Neo QLED 8K was praised for its excellent picture quality combined with perfect harmony of sound and design.
In the Korea Quality Satisfaction Index (KS-QEI) survey announced by the Korea Standards Association, Samsung Electronics ranked first for 15 consecutive years. It received the highest evaluation in consumer satisfaction and quality reliability through continuous quality innovation.
According to data released by the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI), a prestigious market research organization in the United States, Samsung Electronics scored 84 points and ranked first for 18 consecutive years. ACSI evaluated that Samsung has led the global TV market for a long time and has driven consumer satisfaction through continuous product innovation.
According to global market research firm Omdia, Samsung Electronics maintained its number one position in the global TV market in the first half of this year with a 28.8% share by value.
