Jeju Island will see less than 5mm of rain from night until early dawn the next day.

The morning low temperatures are forecasted to be between -3 and 9 degrees Celsius, and the daytime highs between 13 and 19 degrees Celsius. Most areas nationwide will experience morning temperatures around 5 degrees Celsius, feeling cold, and strong winds along the west and south coasts, as well as some mountainous and inland areas, will make the perceived temperature even lower.

Temperatures by region (low~high) are expected as follows: ▲ Seoul (2~14) ▲ Incheon (3~13) ▲ Suwon (1~15) ▲ Chuncheon (1~14) ▲ Gangneung (6~16) ▲ Cheongju (3~15) ▲ Daejeon (1~16) ▲ Sejong (0~15) ▲ Jeonju (3~16) ▲ Gwangju (4~17) ▲ Daegu (3~17) ▲ Busan (9~19) ▲ Ulsan (6~17) ▲ Changwon (6~18) ▲ Jeju (10~19).

During the day, temperatures will rise, causing a temperature difference of 10 to 15 degrees Celsius mainly in inland areas. Fog may form between dawn and morning in inland areas, reducing visibility to less than 1 km, so caution is advised.

Fine dust levels will be 'Good' to 'Moderate' across all regions due to smooth atmospheric dispersion.
