On the morning of the 6th, Choi Ho-kwon, Mayor of Yeongdeungpo District, attended the ‘8th Term Honorary Mayor Meeting’ held on the 3rd floor of the district office main building and had a time of communication with the honorary mayors.
The ‘8th Term Honorary Mayors’ play a role in attending major meetings and events in various fields, gathering diverse opinions from residents, and proposing policies.
At the meeting, Mayor Choi Ho-kwon and a total of 13 honorary mayors attended, sharing the major achievements of the 8th term and the progress of current projects. Afterwards, they toured the site together to inspect residents’ inconveniences and discuss improvement plans.
Mayor Choi Ho-kwon said, “It is meaningful to meet the honorary mayors who are working hard for the development of Yeongdeungpo District through this meeting,” and added, “We will continue to reflect the vivid opinions of residents in district administration and realize ‘Young City Yeongdeungpo’ created together with the residents.”
