Selecting the Name of the Suspension Bridge Through Citizens' Opinions
On the 5th, Yeoju City in Gyeonggi announced that it is conducting a survey for the second round of selection for the name contest of the much-anticipated suspension bridge.

Various names totaling 87 entries were submitted by Yeoju citizens, and these were narrowed down to 11 candidates through the first selection committee. The 11 shortlisted names for the suspension bridge each carry unique characteristics and represent various meanings associated with Yeoju City.
To decide on a name that reflects the thoughts and opinions of as many citizens as possible, Yeoju City has been conducting a survey on its official website since the 1st. Visitors can cast their valuable vote for the suspension bridge’s name by clicking the banner or through the survey board on the website.
The survey will continue until the 15th, after which the final selection committee, composed of experts from various fields, will carefully review the results and make the final decision.
The selected name will be announced in December, and the top three name proposers will be awarded certificates from the Mayor of Yeoju.
