Kuroensis Co., Ltd. Selected as Jeongseok Food Naju Co., Ltd.
Naju City in Jeollanam-do has newly certified local companies ‘Kuroensis Co., Ltd.’ and ‘Jeongseok Food Naju Co., Ltd.’ as women-friendly companies and signed agreements with them.
According to Naju City on the 5th, women-friendly companies are selected by evaluating five criteria: top management leadership, employment equality, employee retention status, work-life balance support systems, and the operation and education of workplace sexual harassment prevention guidelines.

According to the agreement with Naju City, these companies will actively work to eliminate discrimination against female workers in hiring, promotion, and wages, and create a work environment that supports work-life balance.
The city will provide various benefits for three years, including environmental improvement project funds, certification plaques, on-site gender equality education, employment support linked with the Women’s New Employment Center, and promotional activities to enhance corporate image.
A city official stated, “We hope that the certification of women-friendly companies will promote gender equality in companies, work-life balance for female workers, and a stable employment culture.”
