Employment Support Program Linked with Ministry of Employment and Labor's Job Assistance Period
Nasaret University held a job festival to celebrate its 70th anniversary.
The Nasaret University University Job Plus Center hosted the ‘70th Anniversary Commemoration 2024 JOB Ara Job Festival’ on the 5th at the Nasaret University lawn plaza.
This job festival was organized to provide various recruitment and employment information and to enhance employment capabilities for current students, unemployed graduates, and local youth in celebration of the 70th anniversary of the university's founding.
At this event, in connection with the Ministry of Employment and Labor's second half key employment support period program, a job description hall was operated, inviting excellent companies from various industries such as Chungnam Economic Promotion Agency (public institution), Chungnam Northern Chamber of Commerce and Industry, KB Autotech (mid-sized company), and Shilla HM (large corporation) to conduct job and recruitment briefings.
Partner organizations included the Ministry of Employment and Labor Cheonan Employment Welfare Plus Center, Chungnam Economic Promotion Agency, Cheonan Youth Center Eum, National Employment Support System consignment agencies (Korea Career Jobs, Ingenious), and Boardaria Cooperative. The event provided opportunities to introduce youth employment support programs unique to national and local governments and each institution.
Additionally, about 20 excellent local institutions (companies) such as Korea Employment Agency for the Disabled Chungnam Branch, Device ENG (semiconductor manufacturing equipment), Creverse, Samsung Sky Hospital, and Cheonan Return Hospital were invited to operate booths for ▲Company (Institution) Information ▲Support Consulting ▲Program Introduction.
Kang Ji-eon, director of the University Job Plus Center who organized the event, stated, “The Nasaret University University Job Plus Center will continue to strive to support the employment of current students, graduates, and local youth, and plans to frequently provide opportunities for direct meetings between various job seekers and employers.”
