The supply of ‘Gunpo Daeyami Dieter Signature’ is scheduled for November, attracting attention. As the first full-scale supply in the Gunpo Daeyami district, which has a mini new town scale of about 5,000 households, and as a rare private sale complex within the district, it is expected to attract a large number of demands.

The Gunpo Daeyami district, where ‘Gunpo Daeyami Dieter’ will be located, is an area where the greenbelt has been lifted, allowing residents to enjoy a pleasant living environment. It is surrounded by Banwol Lake, Galchi Reservoir, and Surisan Provincial Park, and many park sites (planned) are scheduled within the district. Therefore, it is also evaluated that it will be reborn as an eco-friendly city with solid living infrastructure, like ‘Uiwang Baegun Valley.’
Daeyami district is adjacent to Daeyami Station (Line 4), which allows access to Sadang Station in about 30 minutes, and Gunpo IC and Namgunpo IC are nearby, making it easy to reach nearby areas such as Uiwang and Suwon.
There are planned sites for kindergarten, elementary, and middle schools within the district, and the Sanbon academy district can be quickly accessed by car, creating excellent educational conditions for children.
Gunpo Complex Logistics Center, Gunpo First Industrial Complex, Uiwang ICD, and Uiwang Technopark are all within about a 10-minute drive, providing good conditions for living close to work.
The complex will feature various innovative floor plans, including 5.1m wide living rooms (some types) and 4Bay layouts (some types). Facilities such as a D Lounge and Tea House will also be applied, allowing residents to enjoy differentiated exclusive rest areas. Additionally, free shuttle bus service for residents (planned) and two elevators per building will be introduced to enhance residents’ convenience. The parking space per household is planned to be 1.55 spaces, which is ample compared to nearby older complexes.
The complex will be constructed by Daebang Construction and will be located in Dundae-dong, Gunpo City, Gyeonggi Province, consisting of 6 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to a maximum of 27 floors above ground, with a single exclusive area type of 84㎡. Of the total 640 households, 569 are planned for general sale.
The model house is scheduled to open in Cheoncheon-dong, Jangan-gu, Suwon City.
