BNK Busan Bank (President Bang Seong-bin) has been selected as an excellent company in the regional bank category for three consecutive years in the '2024 Korean Consumer Protection Index (KCPI)' announced by the Korea Management Association Consulting (KMAC).

The Financial Consumer Protection Index (KCPI) is an index that reflects the degree to which consumers directly experience and perceive the quality of a company's products and services. BNK Busan Bank continued its leading role in consumer protection and achieved high scores again this year.
BNK Busan Bank is strengthening internal control inspections at financial consumer protection branches and conducting monitoring of headquarters transactions during late-night hours and holidays to protect financial consumers' rights and prevent increasingly sophisticated voice phishing.
Kim Sang-hoon, Chief Consumer Protection Officer (CCO), said, "Being selected as an excellent company in the Financial Consumer Protection Index is especially meaningful because it is evaluated based on consumers' direct experiences," adding, "We will continue to prioritize customer-centric values and do our best to protect consumer rights."
