Seonsahyeondae, Godeok Anam, Baejaehyeondae, and More in Succession
Gangdong-gu, Seoul (Mayor Lee Soo-hee) announced on the 5th that the district's first remodeling complex, 'The Sharp Dunchon Foret' apartment, was successfully completed (usage inspection) on the 30th of last month.
This apartment complex is a remodeling housing project that horizontally and separately extends the existing 'Dunchon Hyundai 1st Apartment.' Through this, the complex was expanded from 5 buildings with 498 households ranging from basement level 1 to 14 floors above ground to 8 buildings with a total of 572 households ranging from basement level 2 to 14 floors above ground. To alleviate parking difficulties, a two-level underground parking lot was newly established, greatly enhancing parking convenience and safety for residents.
The district views 'The Sharp Dunchon Foret' complex as an important turning point and the first achievement in Gangdong-gu's remodeling housing projects. Building on this, efforts will be accelerated to promote remodeling projects for major local complexes such as Seonsa Hyundai, Godeok Anam, and Baejae Hyundai.
Park Myung-dae, head of the Reconstruction and Redevelopment Division of Gangdong-gu, stated, "We will continue to actively promote housing policies, including remodeling projects, to create a residential environment that is good to live in and desirable to live."
