Gyeonggi Yangju City (Mayor Kang Su-hyun) is conducting an "Hometown Love Fund Project Idea Contest" until the 24th to promote regional development and improve residents' quality of life.
Anyone interested in the Yangju Hometown Love Donation System can participate in this contest by submitting a proposal and necessary documents via mail, email, or in person.
Participants can propose ideas aligned with △support for socially vulnerable groups and youth development and protection △promotion of culture, arts, and health for local residents △activation of the local community through citizen participation and volunteering △and other projects necessary for improving residents' welfare.
The city plans to award up to 500,000 KRW in prize money (Yangju Love Gift Certificates) to six outstanding ideas selected through evaluation.
The city intends to actively incorporate the creative and practical ideas selected in this contest to operate the Hometown Love Fund effectively.
Mayor Kang Su-hyun of Yangju said, "We ask for your active participation in this contest so that we can listen to your valuable opinions and promote projects that contribute to regional development," adding, "Through the enthusiastic participation of local residents, we expect to make the Hometown Love Fund project richer and more meaningful."
