Focus HNS announced on the 4th that it was selected as an outstanding company in Anyang City. The certificate awarding ceremony for outstanding companies was attended by Choi Dae-ho, Mayor of Anyang, and Kim Dae-jung, CEO of Focus HNS, among others.
With this selection, Focus HNS will receive benefits for the next three years, including △ preferential interest support for small and medium enterprise development funds △ deferral of local tax audits △ reduction of public parking fees for the representative's vehicle △ additional points when participating in city-supported projects.
The company stated, "As we have been selected as an outstanding company, we will strive to achieve further growth in Anyang City and lead the local economy," adding, "We will also prepare various measures to maximize shareholder value along with the company's growth."
On the 30th, Focus HNS signed a trust contract for the acquisition of treasury stock worth 2 billion KRW. The company explained that the existing business is progressing smoothly, and with rising expectations for new businesses following the change of the largest shareholder, they judged that the stock price was undervalued.
