Osan City in Gyeonggi Province announced on the 4th that the 'Unamtteul Together Festival,' held on the 2nd at the Unamtteul Union Shopping Street, concluded successfully.
This event, hosted by the Unamtteul Union Shopping District Prosperity Association, a local alley market, was selected as a support project for revitalizing Osan City's alley markets, a pledge of the 8th term of the civilian government, and was held for the first time this year.

At the event venue, over 500 citizens, including Osan Mayor Lee Gwon-jae, attended, enjoying busking and impromptu karaoke performances. The booths set up on the street near Unam Public Parking Lot featured various markets and experiential activities such as face painting, tattoos, and bracelet making.
Mayor Lee said, "Other commercial districts are also preparing alley market revitalization projects tailored to their unique characteristics through this support project," adding, "I hope many citizens will take an interest in Osan City's alley markets."
Meanwhile, the Osan City Alley Market Revitalization Support Project is an initiative aimed at strengthening the self-sustainability of alley markets and revitalizing the local economy by selecting and supporting revitalization plans that highlight the unique features of each commercial district.
