The Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation received the "Minister of the Interior and Safety Award" at the "2024 Fair Recruitment Excellent Companies Awards" hosted by the Ministry of Employment and Labor and the Human Resources Development Service of Korea.
The Job Foundation has continuously improved recruitment procedures to establish a culture of fair hiring by implementing various policies such as ▲establishing an internal monitoring system including recruitment satisfaction surveys ▲abolishing mandatory qualification criteria for new employees ▲operating recruitment processes focused on job competencies to expand youth employment ▲running onboarding programs for new employees ▲providing welcome kits to celebrate new hires.
Yoon Deok-ryong, CEO of the Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation, stated, "Through this award, we will work harder to widely promote fair recruitment processes," adding, "We will continue to discover outstanding talent through competency-based recruitment and become a leading institution in fair hiring that job seekers can trust."
