Hyundai Motor Company has established a new recruitment process to cultivate specialized vehicle maintenance personnel based on electric/electronic, IT, and software (SW) skills.
Hyundai Motor announced on the 4th that it will recruit applicants for the new recruitment process, 'Hitech Talent Track,' from the 4th to the 22nd of this month.
The Hitech Talent Track, launched for the first time this year, is a recruitment process aimed at nurturing talent capable of performing high-tech diagnostics and advanced maintenance tasks based on understanding of electric/electronic, IT, and SW fields.
Hyundai Motor will provide specialized training courses at 22 Hitech Centers nationwide for those who pass this process. Outstanding talents will also be given opportunities to grow as headquarters and global diagnostic and maintenance experts in the future.
Applicants must have obtained (or be expected to obtain) a bachelor's degree, but those with excellent diagnostic and maintenance capabilities can apply regardless of their degree. Interested candidates can apply through Hyundai Motor's recruitment website from 9 a.m. on the 4th until 5 p.m. on the 22nd.
The recruitment process consists of ▲document screening ▲personality test ▲interview. Successful candidates from the first interview will attend a basic technical training course for about three weeks in February next year to acquire maintenance skills. Afterwards, Hyundai Motor will conduct a final interview and officially hire new employees in April 2025.
Hyundai Motor will also hold an offline recruitment briefing session called 'Hitech Talent Day.' The Hitech Talent Day, held over two days from the 16th to the 17th at Hyundai Motor's Dongbu Hitech Center (located in Seongsu-dong, Seoul), will feature ▲communication programs with current employees ▲exhibition programs introducing job roles and growth processes against the backdrop of actual workspaces.
