Through this agreement, high-quality lectures preparing for subjects such as elementary and middle school English and math will be provided, along with career counseling and briefings, online education services, and nationwide academic achievement assessments. In particular, a two-year discount benefit will be offered to residents, which is expected to help reduce private education expenses.
Additionally, ‘Doosan We’ve The Zenith Central City’ will offer a ‘breakfast service’ that has only been seen in luxury apartments in Seoul’s Gangnam and Yongsan areas. With the recent trend of smaller family units, an increase in dual-income couples and elderly households, and a decrease in families preparing meals themselves, the breakfast service was introduced for residents’ convenience. Through the education specialization with Jongno M School and the provision of breakfast service, ‘Doosan We’ve The Zenith Central City’ is expected to become a premium complex representing not only Chilgok but also Daegu.
Furthermore, ‘Doosan We’ve The Zenith Central City’ offers various benefits to reduce the burden on contract holders. The down payment is 5% (a fixed amount of 5 million KRW at the time of contract), and there is no interest on interim payments until move-in, so there is no financial burden until then.
The ‘Contract Safety Guarantee System’ is also applied, which retroactively applies changed contract conditions to existing contract holders even if contract terms change later. This system is designed to allow real buyers who hesitate to sign contracts immediately due to concerns about future changes such as price discounts to sign contracts with peace of mind.
