Korea Zinc, which is undergoing a management rights dispute, is showing a slight upward trend.
As of 10:42 AM on the 4th, Korea Zinc was trading on the KOSPI market at 1,029,000 KRW, up 25,000 KRW (2.49%) from the previous trading day.
Yeongpung, involved in the management rights dispute, submitted an application to the Seoul Central District Court on the 1st to convene an extraordinary general meeting of Korea Zinc.
The Yeongpung-MBK Partners alliance requested the Korea Zinc board of directors to convene an extraordinary general meeting on the 28th of last month.
