Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation, Workshop Sharing Excellent Cases of Women Entrepreneurship Support Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation's Kkummaru Case Sharing Workshop

The Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation held a case-sharing workshop on the 1st for members of the Gyeonggi Women’s Startup Platform Kkummaru to present outstanding cases of support for women’s startups.


Designed to promote women’s entrepreneurship, the workshop featured various programs including ▲ presentations of outstanding cases of support for women’s startups (from six regional Kkummaru centers) ▲ a financial special lecture for early-stage entrepreneurs (instructor: Choi Moon-young, CEO of Sangsaeng Guidance Research Institute) ▲ and a startup talk show with senior entrepreneurs.


In particular, the presentations of outstanding cases of support for women’s startups introduced real success stories through Kkummaru, gaining empathy from the attendees.


CEO Lee Joo-ye of CENS Co., Ltd. stated that she increased corporate awareness through the Gyeonggi Women’s Startup Academy and is promoting a technology startup business with mentoring support. She also explained that she is expanding growth opportunities through promotion using the Kkummaru website and various startup networking opportunities.


The Gyeonggi Women’s Startup Platform ‘Kkummaru’ operates in eight locations, and next year, Kkummaru centers will be additionally opened in Namyangju City and Anseong City.


Lee Jin-hee, Head of the Southern Business Division of the Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation, said, "Through this workshop, we hope to promote various ways to use the Gyeonggi Women’s Startup Platform Kkummaru and especially to be of great help to many Kkummaru members who are considering starting a business."
