On the 1st (local time), Guinness World Records (GWR) reported that Kristina Bohomiakova from Ukraine set a world record by completing 10km in 37 minutes and 26 seconds while pushing her son Oleksandr in a stroller at a running event held in Stare Babice, Poland, last April. Her son Oleksandr, who participated together, was 19 months old at the time. Kristina said, "My son was my greatest motivation, and we achieved this accomplishment together."
Kristina added, "Oleksandr was very cooperative that day. Instead of sleeping, he happily sang nursery rhymes. I was worried about having to stop, but he seemed to allow me to run while enjoying the pace."

Kristina, 33 years old this year, has loved sports since she was eight and has been running in her daily life for over 20 years. To achieve this record, she trained for nine months running together with her son. Kristina ran every day with her son in the stroller regardless of the weather and said she could cover up to 14km. She explained, "The hardest part during training was running against the wind or uphill, but fortunately, the race course was flat and windless, so I could conserve energy."
She does not exactly remember when she first learned about Guinness World Records but said she wanted to challenge it as soon as possible. Regarding breaking the record, she shared, "I was happy and proud. I am proud of myself, my son, my family, and everyone who supported me. I gained confidence in my abilities, and this achievement motivated me to pursue new goals."
