On the 3rd, the whole country will be mostly clear, but there will be occasional clouds until the morning in Gangwon Yeongdong and Jeju Island. The Seoul metropolitan area and Gangwon Province will gradually become cloudy from night. Morning low temperatures are forecasted to be between 6 and 15 degrees Celsius, and daytime highs between 19 and 23 degrees Celsius.

Temperature differences between day and night will be over 10 degrees Celsius mainly inland, so health management should be taken care of.

Dense fog with visibility less than 200 meters is expected until the morning in most inland areas nationwide, Gangwon mountain areas, and the west coast of Jeonbuk, while other areas may experience fog with visibility less than 1 km, so traffic safety should be observed. Fine dust levels will be 'Good' to 'Moderate' nationwide due to smooth atmospheric dispersion.

Waves will be very high mainly in the East Sea, South Sea, and around Jeju Island, so ships navigating or fishing should be especially cautious. Sea waves will range from 1.0 to 4.0 meters in the East Sea nearshore, 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the West Sea nearshore, and 0.5 to 3.5 meters in the South Sea nearshore. Offshore waves (about 200 km from the coastline) are expected to be 1.0 to 4.0 meters in the East Sea, 0.5 to 2.5 meters in the West Sea, and 1.5 to 4.0 meters in the South Sea.
