Expected precipitation until the 2nd is 20-60mm in southern Jeonnam, Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongnam (with more than 80mm in the southern west coast of Jeonnam, southern south coast of Jeonnam, and southern south coast of Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongnam), 10-50mm in the southern eastern coast of North Gyeongsang, 5-40mm in Daegu and Gyeongbuk (excluding the southern eastern coast and northwestern inland), 5-30mm in the eastern coast and mountainous areas of Gangwon, northern Gwangju and Jeonnam, and Jeonbuk, and around 5mm in the southern inland areas of Gangwon, Daejeon, Sejong, Chungnam, Chungbuk, and Ulleungdo and Dokdo.

Jeju Island, which is experiencing 'record-breaking' rainfall for November, is forecasted to receive 50-150mm of rain on the 2nd (with more than 200mm in the mid-mountain areas and over 250mm in the mountainous areas). Especially until dawn, Jeju Island may experience very strong and heavy rain of 20-30mm per hour accompanied by gusts and thunder and lightning, so caution is advised to prevent safety accidents.

The morning low temperature is forecasted to be between 10 and 17 degrees Celsius, and the daytime high temperature between 18 and 24 degrees Celsius.

Strong winds with gusts around 55 km/h are expected mainly along the southern coast and Jeju Island. In particular, Jeju Island, where a strong wind advisory has been issued, will experience very strong winds with gusts exceeding 70 km/h (90 km/h in the mountainous areas of Jeju).

Fine dust levels will be 'good' nationwide due to smooth atmospheric dispersion. Also, in the mountainous areas of Gangwon, dense fog with visibility below 200 meters is expected due to low cloud cover.

Winds will gradually become very strong and waves very high in the southern sea in front of the southern coast and the East Sea. Wave heights are expected to be 0.5-4.5 meters in the East Sea and southern sea in front of the coast, and 0.5-2.0 meters in the West Sea in front of the coast. In the offshore seas (about 200 km from the coastline), wave heights are forecasted to be 1.0-5.5 meters in the East Sea, 1.0-4.5 meters in the West Sea, and 2.0-5.5 meters in the South Sea.
