Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation Leads as a Fair Recruitment Pioneer through Hiring Process Improvements
Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation is receiving the 'Minister of the Interior and Safety Award' at the '2024 Fair Recruitment Excellent Company Awards.' Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation announced on the 1st that it received the 'Minister of the Interior and Safety Award' at the '2024 Fair Recruitment Excellent Companies Awards' hosted by the Ministry of Employment and Labor and the Human Resources Development Service of Korea.
Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation has continuously worked to improve recruitment procedures to establish a fair recruitment culture. While establishing an internal monitoring system such as recruitment satisfaction surveys, it actively contributed to expanding youth employment by abolishing mandatory qualification criteria for new employees and operating recruitment processes focused on job competencies. It also received excellent evaluations for supporting smooth organizational adaptation and long-term retention of employees after joining through the operation of onboarding programs and providing welcome kits to new hires.
Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation stated that it plans to continue job seeker-friendly recruitment policies that listen to job seekers' opinions based on fair and transparent recruitment procedures.
