6-7 Days... Strengthening Communication Skills Between Communities and Exploring Community Goals
Goyang Special City, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Lee Dong-hwan) announced on the 1st that it will hold the '2024 Village Community Capacity Building Training' for two days on November 6th and 7th at the Goyang City Autonomous Community Support Center training hall.
The training is organized by the Goyang City Autonomous Community Support Center and is aimed at members of village communities selected for the community contest project as well as citizens interested in the contest project.
The first training on the 6th will be held under the theme of 'Communication and Conflict Management.' It aims to strengthen communication skills among community members and find ways to wisely overcome various conflicts that arise during community activities.
The second training on the 7th will focus on 'Finding Community Prospects,' reviewing the current goals and activities of the community and exploring sustainable prospects and plans as a village community.
A Goyang Special City official stated, “Capacity building training is open not only to communities selected for the Goyang City village community contest project but also to any citizens interested in community activities. We will continue to operate various trainings tailored to citizens' perspectives with the Goyang City Autonomous Community Support Center to enhance the growth and sustainability of communities.”
