GS Construction announced on the 1st that it has launched the application 'Xi Home,' which provides an integrated service from the pre-move-in visit stage for Xi customers to post-move-in lifestyle management.
Until now, GS Construction operated two separate apps: 'Xi App' for pre-move-in inspections and AS services, and 'Space App' for smart home functions after moving in. To reduce the inconvenience of having to choose and use separate apps depending on the purpose, they developed 'Xi Home.'
'Xi Home' applies an intuitive design on the home screen to be easily used by all age groups. Through this, customized information such as complex notices and vehicle parking locations can be viewed directly on the app's main screen. Smart home controls were developed to be easily accessible within the thumb area at the bottom of the screen. The community facility reservation function was also developed in-house to allow immediate use after moving in.
A GS Construction official stated, "Beyond the existing smart home functions, we plan to integrate artificial intelligence (AI) technology to reflect the experiences customers feel in daily life and further develop the service so that they can enjoy a more comfortable apartment life."
The newly launched 'Xi Home' was first introduced at Songdo Xi Crystal Ocean, and plans to be gradually applied to other move-in complexes thereafter.
